I hereby grant permission to Treasure4ever Studio, the photographer, to use the photographs taken during my maternity photoshoot for social media, promotional, and advertising purposes. This consent includes the use of both photographs and testimonial statements. This permission is granted without any financial compensation to me. I understand that the photographs and testimonials may be used in various forms of media, including but not limited to: - Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) - The photographer's website - Promotional materials (e.g., brochures, flyers) - Advertising campaigns - Portfolio displays I understand that the photographs and testimonials may be shared with a wide audience and that they may be subject to comments, likes, shares, and other interactions from the public. I acknowledge that I have no rights to these photographs and testimonials and that the photographer may use them in perpetuity. I also understand that while the photographer will make reasonable efforts to protect my privacy, there may be limitations in controlling how others may use or share these photographs once they are posted online. I agree that the photographs and testimonials represent my likeness and opinions accurately and that I am providing this consent of my own free will. I release the photographer, Treasure4ever Studio, from any claims or liabilities associated with the use of these materials. This consent form is effective as of today and will remain in effect indefinitely, unless I provide written revocation of this consent.

This consent includes the use of both photographs and testimonial statements. This permission is granted without any financial compensation to me. Treasure4ever Studio Terms & Conditions: Treasure4ever Studio uses Chromatic Alginate which is used in dentistry for making moulds for false teeth and braces. This is made from seaweed so is 99% safe to use on the skin however every person is different and Treasure4ever Studio cannot be held responsible for any reactions that may occur after the baby cast is taken. Should anything arise after the casting session, we advise you to please seek medical attention advise them what has been used. All work remains the property of Treasure4ever Studio until the full payment has been made. Casting Turnaround times can vary depending on how busy we are. We Aim to have all work done within 8-10 weeks. Castings must be collected within 6 months of the date of casting. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage after this time. Deposits are non-refundable should you no longer want the casting or change your mind this is to cover work done. Prices are discussed and finalised after confirmation on your choice of style, Colours and any added extras. Changes may incur a charge. Frame Changes will be charged the full price of a new frame. WE WILL NOT POST ANY WORK VIA COURIER. any work that is done at our studio will need to be collected from the studio.
