**Cancellation Policy for Photography Sessions:**
1. **Cancellation by the Client:**
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the session or for no-shows.
2. **Rescheduling:**
- Clients may reschedule a session at no extra cost if they provide 7 days' notice. Rescheduling with less notice may incur a rescheduling fee of $50.
3. **Inclement Weather:**
- In the event of inclement weather that makes the session unsafe or impractical, we will work with the client to reschedule at no extra cost.
4. **Photographer Cancellation:**
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the session at the client's convenience.
**Cancellation Policy for Hand and Feet Castings:**

3. **Material Preparation:**
- To ensure the quality of the casting, it's essential that clients follow our material preparation instructions. Failure to do so may result in additional fees for rescheduling or recasting.
4. **Casting Process:**
- The casting process may take between 30 to 45 minutes, and clients are expected to be punctual. Delays in the process may require rescheduling or may incur additional fees.
Treasure4ever Studio Terms & Conditions:
Treasure4ever Studio uses Chromatic Alginate which is used in dentistry for making moulds for false teeth and braces. This is made from seaweed so is 99% safe to use on the skin however every person is different and Treasure4ever Studio cannot be held responsible for any reactions that may occur after the baby cast is taken. Should anything arise after the casting session, we advise you to please seek medical attention advise them what has been used.
All work remains the property of Treasure4ever Studio until the full payment has been made.
Casting Turnaround times can vary depending on how busy we are. We Aim to have all work done within 8-10 weeks. Castings must be collected within 6 months of the date of casting. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage after this time.
Deposits are non-refundable should you no longer want the casting or change your mind this is to cover work done. Prices are discussed and finalised after confirmation on your choice of style, Colours and any added extras. Changes may incur a charge. Frame Changes will be charged the full price of a new frame. WE WILL NOT POST ANY WORK VIA COURIER. any work that is done at our studio will need to be collected from the studio.
